TOURIST VISA

List of documents required:

  1. With 3 photographs (Size 3.5 X 4.5cm) white background matt finish 80% face size
  2. Passport has to be valid for 6 months or more from the date of entry
  3. Visa Application form needs to be properly and fully filled, with the original signature of the passenger.
    ticket itinerary.
  4. Only recent credit card copy OR FOREX receipt copy of 700 USD or Personal bank statement for last 3 month minimum balance Rs 40,000 (if the family is applying a visa then minimum balance Rs 40,000 for each person is required)
  5. Original passport
  6. Hotel confirmation

BUSINESS VISA

List of documents required:

  1. Passport has to be valid for 6 months or more from the date of entry.
  2. Visa Application form needs to be properly and fully filled, with the original signature of the passenger.

  3. Only recent credit card copy OR FOREX receipt copy 700 USD or Personal bank statement for last 3 month minimum balance Rs 40,000
  4. Original passport
  5. Hotel confirmation
  6. 3 photographs (Size 3.5 X 4.5cm) white background matt finish with 80% face size
  7. Covering Letter from Company with company`s profile, confirming the traveler’s current designation in the company, purpose of travel and period of travel
  8. Original copy of Invitation Letter from Thai company specifying the name of traveller, the purpose of travel and the period of the meeting / conference

GROUP VISA

List of documents required:

  1. In addition to tourist visa requirements following documents are required
  2. Letter from Tour organization on their letterhead with the list of passenger
  3. Confirm Return ticket.
  4. Exchange US$ 700 each pax or Credit card copy
  5. Applicants valid passport is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed )

WORK PERMIT VISA

List of documents required:

  1. Passport has to be valid for 6 months or more from the date of entry
  2. Visa Application form needs to be properly and fully filled, with the original signature of the passenger, with 2 photographs (Size 3.5 X 4.5cm).
  3. A photocopy of the return confirmed ticket needs to be attached.
  4. Only recent credit card copy OR FOREX receipt copy will act as a financial proof when applying for Thai Visa. (Individual 20.000 baht or 700 USD & Family 40.000 baht or 1400 USD).
  5. Now, endorsement in the passport is not required. But traveller needs to carry money as mentioned below.

  7. Proof of hotel accommodation is MUST for every traveler for Visa and in some cases, to clear immigration.
    Letter from Thai Company regarding employment contract, tenure of contract, job duty, and remuneration
    Thai company`s Profile.
  8. Compulsory Original Work Permit Letter from the Thai Labour Department or FORM WP3 (Thai language)
  9. Original letter from board of Investment (IB case) stating applicant`s name and designation
  10. Copy of Thai company`s registration papers and list of shareholders
  11. Statement of Income tax and Business Tax: Por Ngor Dor 50 / Por Ngor Dor 30 of the latest year
  12. If the person has been employed before, he/she must show employment permit and tax papers. 1. Original Letter i.e. BOI Letter / Labour Department Letter (Permit letter if its more than 30 days from the day of issue will not be accepted) 2. Thai company`s Profile 3. Thai company`s registration papers and list of shareholders.( DBD Papers & Por Ngor Dor 20). 4. Thai company’s Income tax papers Por Ngor Dor 50/30 latest year
