List of documents required:

1. Passport Applicants valid passport is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed )
2. 2 Forms
3. 2 photos
4. Tickets
5. Covering letter on business letterhead to Yemen Consulate
6. Letter from Chamber of Commerce
7. Letter of Invitation (sometime message is required from Ministry of Interior)
8. Applicants valid passport is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed )

NOTE:

Form can be obtained only on production of relevant documents & applicant has to undergo the Medical Test with panel doctor’s consulate by Yemen Consulate, which can be done only in Mumbai.
