Below are the required documents for an Australia Tourist/Family/Business Visit (E-Visa):

 

•             Passport Copy: Valid for more than 6 months with a minimum of 3 blank pages.
•             Old Passport (if any).
•             Visa and Immigration Stamp Pages (if any).
•             Identity Proof: Aadhar Card or PAN Card.
•             Photos: Two recent photos (Size: 35x45mm, White Background, Matte Finish, 80% Face) – please do not use old photos and ensure they are in JPG format.
•             Business Person:
•             Covering letter on company letterhead with travel dates (Attn To: Visa Officer, The Australian High Commission, New Delhi).
•             Occupation proof: Company registration, partnership deed, memorandum, etc. (copy).
•             Salaried Person:
•             Last 3 months’ salary slips.
•             Original leave sanctioned letter with the company stamp.
•             Student (Child): School/College ID (copy).
•             Child Under 18: Birth certificate (if any).
•             Family Visit:
•             Invitation letter from the inviter with passport copy, visa copy, utility bill, bank statement, invitee’s email ID, and contact details.
•             Financial Documents:
•             Latest 3-month updated bank statement with bank stamp (A4 size paper) – personal and company accounts, minimum balance approx. ₹2,00,000 and above.
•             3-year income tax returns (personal and company) – acknowledgment page only.
•             Travel Itinerary: Air ticket and hotel details/vouchers.
•             Contact Information: Mobile number and email ID of the passenger.
•             For business travel, an invitation letter is also required.

 

Important: Please send all documents in individual PDF files named accordingly, via email for visa application submission. If the required documents are submitted after 10 days, an updated bank statement will be required.

 

Processing Time: Approximately 2 months.

Visa Duration: 1, 2, or 3 years with up to 3, 6, or 12 months stay validity.
