Below mentioned are visa application requirements for UK for Tourist/Family and Business purpose.

Requirements for UK Visa process:

• Valid Passport copies + Old passport copies ( if any)
• Covering Letter mentioning the purpose of visit, accompanying travels name and relation and date of travel.(If Self-employed then use Company’s letterhead)
• Updated Last 06 month’s personal bank statement dully attested by bank having sufficient balance.
• Updated Last 06 month’s company Bank statement.(If self-employed)
• Last 03 year’s Income Tax Paper (Company & Personal)
• If employed, Last 03 Month salary slip and an original Leave Letter from the company.
• If applicant is student, then provide identity card copy of school/college.
• Employment proof, i.e. Partnership deed or shop & establishment license or memorandum of company etc.
• Invitation Letter along with passport copy, UK visa or resident permit copy, address proof.(If Applying for Family Visit )
• Business invitation letter from UK mentioning name of applicant, UK company info, travel dates, passport details and who will bear the expenses.  (For Business purpose)
• Sponsorship letter along with passport copy, Updated Last 06 month’s bank statement dully attested by bank, ITR for 3 years, pay slips for last 3 months if employed/ Company registration if self-employed.
• Minors, if travelling with one parent or none, NOC is required from the other parent or both parent in the form of an affidavit on a stamp paper and need to be notarized.
• Property Paper copy – optional
• Fixed deposit certificate copy – optional
• LIC policy copy – optional
• Any other Financial Documents you wish to submit.
• Ticket, Hotel booking and Travel Insurance are not mandatory. You can book it once visa is approved.

 

 

Please note visa fees and other VFS services charges are included of 2 % bank handling charges.

 

Note: Client needs to make the payment of Rs. 1716/- at visa center for documents scanning at the time of bio metric.  

Fees may vary depending on the fluctuation of the Rate of Exchange (ROE).

 

There will be Optional charges of Rs. 500/- per application for documents assistance wherein we will check all the documents as per requirement.

 

• Applicant needs to carry all Originals of the above mandatory documents for submitting the application at VFS Global.
• Application form needs to be filled online and a prior appointment needs to be taken before submitting the application.
• Applicant’s physical presence is mandatory for submission of application and biometric at VFS center.
• The processing time 15-20 working days once the biometric is completed for a Normal Application.
