TOURIST VISA

List of documents required:

1. 2 photographs 35x45mm with 80% face appearance
2. In case of an invitation from any relative in Australia than invitee’s Passport copies, visa copies and financial papers will be required
3. Aadhaar card copy
4. Form No.1419 (New version July,2015), Applicants valid passport is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed )
5. Covering letter
6. IT return of last 3 years and Bank statement of last 3 months with bank stamp and signature.
7. Invitation or tour itinerary and ticket printout.

BUSINESS VISA

List of documents required:

1. Aadhar card copy
2. Form No.1415 (New version July,.2013) Applicants vaild passport is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed )
3. Covering letter
4. Financial papers
5. Invitation or tour itinerary and ticket printout
6. Bank statement and any other related documents

TRANSFER VISA

List of documents required:

1. Need applicant new passport with minimum 6 months validity ( no handwritten passport is allowed)
2. 2 new Photographs
3. All passport copy pages is required with notary done on it
4. Applicant Visa copy
5. Applicant Old visa copy

NOTE:

1. Passport copies all pages have to be Notarized (Blank pages also)
2. Now there is no visa stamp on passport, visa will be online.
3. Any pax above 70 years or staying more than 3 months irrespective of age is required to undergo medical test from panel doctor.
4. Medical cover will be issued from Consulate after the submission of visa papers along with fees
5. Agent authorization Form No.956 is mandatory to submit with any application. [New version 07.13]
6. There are other kinds of visas i.e. employment, long-stay, joining spouse, entertainment, sports, which all are different forms and formalities.
7. All visas we have to submit through VFS center in Mumbai
8. Payable in Demand Draft in the name of “Australian High Commission, New Delhi”
