TOURIST VISA

List of documents required:

1. Passport with validity of more than six months
2. Applicants valid passport is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed )
3. Visa application form has to be filled online by the applicant, forms to be filled individually by each applicant
4. 2 recent 35 x 45mm,white background matt finish,70-80 % face appearance
5. Covering letter from the applicant on Business letterhead stating his name designation,purpose and duration of visit.
6. Proof of Employment/Business ownership,partnership,business licenses/registration.(for applicant and/or spouse)
7. Letter from employer/school which indicates that applicant(s) have been granted leave
8. Letter of Invitation and/or statutory declaration of support
9. Proof of immigration status of invitee (if invitee is private individual)-this may include a photocopy of a Canadian permanent resident card
10. Passport or citizenship card
11. Financial documentation of inventor:
    a)Proof of employment
    b)Proof of Invitee’s existing funds, income tax returns for the past 2 years, Bank Statement/Bank Book/Bank Certificates.

BUSINESS VISA

7. An Invitation Letter from Canada stating his name, designation,purpose and duration of visit
8. Proof of ongoing business activities between Canadian Company and Applicant
   a)Business Correspondence
   b)Contracts between applicant/applicant’s business and Canadian Business
   c)Shipment orders/invoices/bills of lading for goods sold,Income tax returns for the past 2 years, Bank Statement/Bank Book/Bank Certificates.
