TOURIST VISA

List of documents required:

1. Biometrics is required for the applicants for those who have not have not given biometrics after 2nd November 2015
2. Passport with 2 blank page
3. Applicants valid passport is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed ).
4. 2 color photos,35 x 45 mm,80% face appearance with white background, matt finish
5. Covering Letter mentioning the name,passport no. and the date of travel
6. If working then the Original leave letter with the date mentioned in it on the Company’s letterhead is required.
7. Hotel confirmation / If taking a Tour then tour Confirmation & booking certificate with day to day itinerary and hotel confirmation
8. Credit Card Copy along with the credit card statement of the passenger with the credit limit mentioned in it or Original Forex Receipt of 60 Euros per day as per the travel plan.
9. Personal updated 6 month bank statement updated
10. 3 month Salary slip & Appointment letter
11. If family or friend visit need letter di invito is needed filled & signed by the invitee
12. Insurance of minimum 15 days from the date of travel
13. Return Ticket
14. To submit passports issued outside the Mumbai Jurisdiction,4 stay proof are required as below:
    1)Original Letter from Bank with the persons address and how long he is holding the account.
    2)Original Letter from company with the applicants designation & full address on the company’s letter .
    3)House rental agreement or allotment letter fo the house.
    4) Gas,Phone, & Electirc Bill.

BUSINESS VISA

List of documents required:

1. Biometrics is required for the applicants for those who have not have not given biometrics after 2nd November 2015
2. Covering letter on the company’s letter head with brief explanation about the company and travel purpose with entry exit date as per the ticket.
3. Registration certificate of Indian company
4. Letter of Invitation with Penal Clause and entry exit date mentioned in it
5. Hotel confirmation needed if the stay is not mentioned in the invitation
6. Credit Card Copy along with the credit card statement of the passenger with the credit limit mentioned in it or Original Forex Receipt of 60 Euros per day as per the travel plan.
7. Salary Slip of last 3 months
8. Updated Company’s Bank Statement of Last 3 months
9. Personal Updated Bank Statement of last 3 months
10. Insurance for 15 days from the date of travel
11. Ticket
12. Applicants vaild passport is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed )
13. To submit passports issued outside the Mumbai Jurisdiction,6 stay proof are required as below:
    1)Original Letter from Bank with the persons address and how long he is holding the account
    2)Original Letter from the Company with the applicants Address mention in it
    3)House Rental Agreement or House Allotment letter in the applicants name
    4) Gas,Phone & Electric bill in the applicants name.

RELIGIOUS VISA

List of documents needed:

1. Biometrics is required for the applicants for those who have not have not given biometrics after 2nd November 2015
2. Passport with 2 blank pages and 15 months validity for long stay cases.
3. Applicants valid passport is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed ).
4. 1 Form filled with 2 signature
5. 2 color photo ( 35 x 45 mm 80 % face coverage white background )
6. Covering letter form the congregation
7. Original Letter from Bishop
8. Original Letter from Apostolic Nunciature in India New Delhi
9. Original Invitation letter attested by Territory cretary in Italy
10. Original Letter of Segratario.
11. Overseas medical policy for short stay visa within 90 days.
12. Return ticket need for 90 stay & one way ticket for long stay.
