TOURIST VISA

List of documents required:

  1. Applicants valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of return is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed )
  2. Proper Visa Form filled in Clear Capital Handwriting and back to back printout is required
  3. 2 Recent photos 35 x 50 mm, with 60% to70% Face Appearance, White Background, Matt Finish.
  4. Proper Original Live Issued Ticket on the System with E-ticket number
  5. Covering letter on Company Letterhead mentioning the Designation of the Passenger or Personal Covering letter
  6. ORIGINAL 3 months Updated Personal Bank Statement (ORIGINAL PASSBOOK NOT ACCEPTED / COMPANY BANK STATMENT NOT ACCEPTED) with Bank seal and Signature if copy of the Bank Statement with Minimum Balance of Rs. 30,000/- for Individuals and Rs. 60,000/- for Family
  7. Passport issued elsewhere will require , Valid Lease License Agreement Copy / Purchase Agreement Copy OR Typed Society Letter with Stamp and signature on society letterhead having all the name of passenger (any 1 document)

BUSINESS VISA

List of documents required:

  1. Applicants valid passport with minimum 6 months validly from the date of return is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed )
  2. ORIGINAL COVERING LETTER FROM COMPANY SHOULD HAVE ORIGINAL COMPANY SEAL AND SIGNATURE
  3. Visa form properly filled with back to back print
  4. Letter of Business Invitation
  5. Personal updated Bank Statement of last 2 months with Bank seal and signature having minimum balance of INR 30,000/ is required for Business visa also
  6. 2 Recent photos 35 x 50 mm, with 60% to70% Face Appearance, White Background, Matt Finish.

E-VISA 

List of documents required:

  1. Coloured scan copies required in JPG format: i.Photo (35 X 50mm) ii. First and last page of passport
  2. Scan copies required in PDF format. i. Return Air ticket ii. Hotel Accomodation iii. Bank statements of last 3 months with Bank stamp and sign

NOTE

  1. W.E.F. from 1 January 2014 any handwritten passports will not be accepted by the Consulate for Visa Processing and any appeal regarding the same shall not be entertained by the Consulate.
  2. The Consulate will only accept cases to process visa, 1 month prior to the departure date (Similarly Rule like Singapore Consulate) the passenger may be called for interview at the Consulate if the Immigration Department is not satisfied.(Doubt that Documents are not proper OR the purpose of travel is Falsely stated)
  3. If any Visa is Rejected Visa fees andProcessing Charges are Non Refundable.
  4. New Photographs requirement 2 Recent photos 35 x 45 mm, 70% Face Appearance, White Background, Matt Finish more than 70% face coverage photographs will not be accepted by the Malaysian VFS (find the Malaysia Photograph specification below for your reference)
  5. It is to be noted that all the applicants must apply in advance with all the necessary documents.
  6. Passport issued elsewhere will require , Valid Lease License Agreement Copy / Purchase Agreement Copy OR Typed Society Letter with Stamp and signature on society letterhead having all the name of passenger (any 1 document)
