ITINERARY OVERVIEW

Day 01: Arrival in Guwahati – Transfer to Shillong (99.2 Kms – 2H 43Min)
Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, embark on a scenic drive to Shillong. En route, take a break at the picturesque Umiam Lake, surrounded by serene sylvan hills. Upon reaching Shillong, check in to your hotel.

Day 02: Shillong – Cherrapunjee Excursion
After breakfast, set out for an excursion to Cherrapunjee, known as the wettest place on Earth. Visit stunning sites including Nohkalikai Falls, Eco Park, Seven Sister Falls, Cherrapunjee View Point, Mawsmai Cave, and the Air Force Museum. On your return to Shillong, stop by the beautiful Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak.

Day 03: Shillong – Mawlynnong Excursion
Enjoy a day trip to Mawlynnong, a charming village in the East Khasi Hills famed as the “Cleanest Village in Asia.” Explore its natural beauty and unique living root bridges. Mawlynnong is located about 90 km from Shillong, close to the India-Bangladesh border.

Day 04: Shillong – Guwahati (99.3 Kms – 2H 41Min)
Begin the day with local sightseeing in Shillong, visiting Don Bosco Church & Museum, Ward’s Lake, the lush Golf Course, and Lady Hydari Park. Afterward, transfer back to Guwahati.

Day 05: Guwahati City Tour
Explore the cultural and spiritual landmarks of Guwahati, including Kamakhya Temple, Tirupati Balaji Temple, Nabagraha Temple, Assam State Museum, and State Zoo cum Botanical Garden. In the evening, unwind with a serene cruise on the Brahmaputra River.
