Day 01: Chandigarh
Chandigarh the capital of Punjab and Haryana,was designed by Le Corbusier,the famous French architect.It is unlike any city in India,with modern buildings, broad boulevards,parks and an overall air of prosperity.Transfer to hotel.Evening one can visit Pinjore Gardans.

Overnight: Chandigarh.

Day 02: Chandigarh
After breakfast proceed for a half-day tour of the city includes a visit to the Secretariat and Legislative Assembly,the multi-pillared High Court,State Library and University.Also visit the Rose Garden with more than 1500 varieties of roses,the Botanical Garden and the beautiful Sukhna lake.Rest of the day at leisure.

Overnight: Chandigarh.

Day 03: Chandigarh – Shimla (113 Kms – 3H 43Min)
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Shimla.On arrival check in at the hotel.Capital of Himachal Pradesh The place is surrounded by pine, deodar,oak and rhododendron forests.Its well developed facilities,easy accessibility and numerous attractions make it one of India’s most popular hill stations.Evening visit the Mall road to explore the British Style of Shopping and do not forget to enjoy have a Coffee at “Madras Coffee House”

Day 04: Shimla
After breakfast proceed for city tour of Shimla.Visit Jakhu Hills,the highest of Shimla’s mountain peaks.The hill is home to a very old temple known as the Jakhu temple,dedicated to Lord Hanuman.It offers magnificent view of the city along with surrounding scenic hills and valleys.The tour is followed by the visit to the most popular picnic spot of the Shimla, Glen.The other places of interest covered in the tour includes the ridge, open bazaar, state museum and the Indian institute of advanced study.

Overnight: Shimla.

Day 05: Shimla – Manali (251 Kms – 6H 59Min)
After early morning breakfast,drive to Manali.Enroute visit Kullu town the most delightful destination in the western Himalayas.The beautiful valley of Kullu is popularly known as abode of gods and goddesses.Continue your drive to Manali, the queen of hill resorts.On arrival transfer to your hotel.

Overnight: Manali.

Day 06: Manali
After breakfast drive to Rohtang Pass and Solang Valley.Rohtang is situated at an height of 3978 metres and is considered to be the ski paradise of India.Its steep descents are perfect both for the beginners and the seasoned. It is also the only place in the country,which offers year long opportunity for the skiers, irrespective of whether it is summer or autumn.Recently a new ski terrain has been developed, which will certainly add to the imagination of ski lovers,offering a new challenge to their spirit of adventure.Skiing equipment is easily available.

Overnight: Manali.

Day 07: Manali – Dharamshala (240 Kms – 6H 55Min)
After breakfast proceed to Dharamshala.Perched on the high slopes in the upper reaches of Kangra Valley,Dharamshala town is divided into two distinct and widely separated sections,Upper and Lower Dharamshala.On arrival check in at hotel.Evening is free to visit the market at Mcleodganj also known as little Lhasa. Mcleodganj is the residence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

Overnight: Dharamshala.

Day 08: Dharamshala
After breakfast depart for local sightseeing in Dharmshala,visit Norbulinga Institute of Tibetan Culture that was founded by the Department of Religion and Culture to preserve Tibetan culture and visit Chinmaya Tapovan that was established by Swami Chimayanand.There is also a 9m tall Lord Hanuman image and Ram Temple.Evening at Leisure.

Overnight: Dharamshala.

Day 09: Dharamshala – Dalhousie (117 Kms – 3H 29Min)
After breakfast proceed to Dalhousie.On arrival check in to your hotel.Afternoon enjoy local sightseeing,visit Panjpulla,Subash Bowli and Stature Falls.

Overnight: Dalhousie.

Day 10: Dalhousie
After breakfast proceed to Chamba enroute visiting Khajjair.Located at the center of the sloping meadows is a small bog like pond into which water from the surrounding meadows and forests drains.Khajjiar was probably a glacial bowl for med during the last Himalayan ice age and left with a lake that gradually withered away.Khajjiar is part of the notified Kalatop – Khajjiar sanctuary.The Monal Pheasant, a bird which was fairly common till recent times has become relatively difficult to spot nowadays.

Overnight: Dalhousie.

Day 11: Dalhousie – Amritsar (202 Kms – 4H 11Min)
After breakfast depart for Amritsar.On arrival check in at the hotel.Evening proceed for – Wagah, an army outpost on Indo-Pak border – between Amritsar and Lahore, is an elaborate complex of buildings, roads and barriers on both sides. The daily highlight is the evening “Beating the Retreat” ceremony. Soldiers from both countries march in perfect drill, going through the steps of bringing down their respective national flags. As the sun goes down, nationalistic fervour rises and lights are switched on marking the end of the day amidst thunderous applause.Evening at leisure.

Day 12: Amritsar
Morning breakfast proceed for On a half-day tour of the city, visit the Golden Temple, the spiritual nerve-centre of the Sikh faith.Also called Harmandir, the temple is made of white marble and copper gilt with its dome covered with gold leaf.Within is the Guru Granth Sahib, holy book of the Sikhs.See the community kitchen (langar) where volunteers’ feed 30,000 people free daily.Later visit the historic Jallianwala Bagh, which commemorates the hundreds of innocent Indians killed or wounded by British bullets in the most notorious massacre under their rule. Also see the beautiful Ram Bagh gardens.

Overnight: Amritsar.

Day 13: Amritsar
After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Amritsar airport/railway station to connect onward destination.
